We’re looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Installation Project Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced installer or foreman who’s ready to take the next step into project management. You’ll lead crews in the field, make sure jobs are done right the first time, and keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
  • Run HVAC residential replacement installation projects from start to finish.
  • Lead and support install crews to make sure work is high-quality, on time, and safe.
  • Review blueprints and job specs so everyone knows what needs to get done.
  • Schedule manpower, equipment, and materials to keep projects on track.
  • Work with suppliers to make sure parts and equipment arrive when needed.
  • Solve problems in the field quickly and keep customers informed.
  • Inspect job sites to make sure all work meets company and code standards.
  • Be the point of contact between the office, the crew, and the customer.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of HVAC install experience (residential or commercial).
  • Previous crew lead, foreman, or supervisor experience strongly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, refrigeration, and controls.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Good communication skills with customers, crews, and vendors.
  • Safety-first mindset (OSHA certification is a plus).
  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Hiring Process: Typically a 1-2 week process
  • Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a phone interview
  • Upon a successful phone interview, candidates will be scheduled for an in-person interview 
  • All candidates will be asked to complete several skills assessments 
  • FIT Interview(s) with team members 
  • Final Interview with Owner or Operations Manager

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Flexible schedules
Office hours are Monday through Friday Service Professional hours vary by location, but no less than one 3 day weekend every month. On-call and emergency after-hour work may be required on a rotation. Typically one weekend a month.
