Job Requirements:

  • Learn and follow the Aire Serv systems for installation
  • Craftmanship in your work and a desire for installation excellence (please be prepared with work pics)
  • Valid State Driver's License & clean driving 
  • Clean criminal record with NO FELONIES
  • Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
No experience is necessary, but prior HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical Experience is a Plus

Hiring Process: Typically 1-2 week process
  • Qualified candidates will be scheduled for a phone interview
  • Upon successful phone interview, candidates will be scheduled for an in-person interview 
  • All candidates will be asked to complete several skills assessment 
  • FIT Interview(s) with team members (to determine how you fit into our culture)
  • Final Interview with Owner or Operations Manager
  • Job Offer

Compensation: $16.00 - $45.00 per hour

Flexible schedules
Office hours are Monday through Friday Service Professional hours vary by location, but no less than one 3 day weekend every month. On-call and emergency after-hour work may be required on a rotation. Typically one weekend a month.
